Getting started
What to expect when you call, text, or submit the form.
?How do we get started?
Call, text, or send the form and we’ll respond within 1 business day. We’ll ask a few quick questions about location, timing, and what help is needed—then walk you through next steps.
?Do I need a doctor’s order for skilled home health?
Often, yes. Skilled home health is typically provided with a physician’s order and a plan of care. If you’re not sure what’s needed, we’ll explain it and help you understand next steps.
?How soon can care begin?
It depends on clinical need, required orders, coverage, and scheduling. After a quick call, we’ll give you a realistic timeline. Weekend start-of-care and weekend visits may be available when needed.
?What should I include in the contact form?
Please don’t include sensitive medical details. Tell us your name, preferred contact method, general need (nursing/PT/OT/wound care/IV/social work), and your area of town.
Coverage & payment
Simple answers about Medicare and private pay.
?Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. Medicare coverage depends on eligibility and required documentation. We’ll explain what’s needed and what the next steps look like.
?Do you offer private pay?
Yes. Private pay options depend on the skilled service needed and the plan of care. We can review your situation and discuss next steps.
?Can you tell me exactly what Medicare will cover?
We can explain coverage basics and what documentation is usually needed, but final coverage depends on eligibility and payer requirements. We’ll be clear about what we know and what needs verification.
Services & visits
What we do (and what we don’t), in plain language.
?What services do you provide?
We provide clinician-led skilled home health for adults, which may include:
- Skilled Nursing (RN)
- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Wound care
- IV therapy (when ordered)
- Medical social work
Services depend on clinical needs, orders, and eligibility.
?Is skilled home health the same as 24/7 caregiving?
No. Skilled home health is scheduled medical visits based on a plan of care. It is not 24/7 in-home caregiving, and it’s not an emergency service.
?What does the first visit usually include?
The start-of-care visit usually includes an assessment, a review of goals and safety needs, and an explanation of what’s next. We’ll answer questions in plain language.
?Will you communicate with my doctor or hospital team?
Yes—when appropriate and as part of care coordination. We help keep communication organized across the care team.
Service area
Where we provide visits in the Las Vegas area.
?Do you serve my area?
We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Enterprise. If you’re nearby, reach out—we’ll help you confirm.
Safety & expectations
Clear expectations help the process feel calmer and more organized.
?Is home health an emergency service?
No. If this is a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent-but-non-emergency concerns, call us and we’ll guide you on next steps.
?Do you see children (pediatrics)?
No—our services are for adults only.
Referral partners
Simple instructions for providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
?How do I send a referral?
Call or text (725) 322-6968, or use the Referral Partners page for the fastest handoff. We’ll confirm receipt and coordinate next steps.
?Should I include clinical details in a website form?
Please don’t include sensitive patient details in website forms. We’ll confirm the best secure method to receive clinical information.
